Frittata

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Butter or oil
  • Milk or cream
  • Assorted fillings
Tools
  • Skillet
  • Whisk
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Beaten eggs
  • Creamy with fillings
Directions
  • Heat skillet over medium heat
  • Crack eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly
  • Add milk or cream. 1/4 cup to 4 egg ratio
  • Mix in the fillings
  • Pour egg mixture into pan and cook for 10 minutes
  • Remove pan from heat and cover
  • Let sit covered for 5 minutes
  • Serve
