Frittata
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Water
- Butter or oil
- Milk or cream
- Assorted fillings
Tools
- Skillet
- Whisk
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Beaten eggs
- Creamy with fillings
Directions
- Heat skillet over medium heat
- Crack eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly
- Add milk or cream. 1/4 cup to 4 egg ratio
- Mix in the fillings
- Pour egg mixture into pan and cook for 10 minutes
- Remove pan from heat and cover
- Let sit covered for 5 minutes
- Serve
