Hard Boiled

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Water
Tools
  • Saucepan
  • Spoon
  • Solid white
  • Solid yellow yolk
Directions
  • Put eggs in a saucepan
  • Add cold water to the pan so the eggs are covered by 1 inch
  • Bring water to a boil, then turn off
  • Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes
  • Rinse the eggs with cold water
  • When eggs are cool, peel and serve
Tip: Fresh eggs are hardest to peel. You will get better results with eggs that have been sitting in the fridge for a few days.
