Omelette

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Butter or oil
  • Assorted fillings
Tools
  • Skillet
  • Whisk
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Beaten and soft
  • Flat with fillings
Directions
  • Heat skillet over medium low heat
  • Crack eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly
  • Grease pan with butter or oil
  • Pour eggs into pan and cook for 1 minute
  • Push cooked eggs into the middle of the pan
  • Tilt and rotate pan gently to spread uncooked eggs
  • When eggs are set add cooked fillings, then fold
  • Serve
