Omelette
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Water
- Butter or oil
- Assorted fillings
Tools
- Skillet
- Whisk
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Beaten and soft
- Flat with fillings
Directions
- Heat skillet over medium low heat
- Crack eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly
- Grease pan with butter or oil
- Pour eggs into pan and cook for 1 minute
- Push cooked eggs into the middle of the pan
- Tilt and rotate pan gently to spread uncooked eggs
- When eggs are set add cooked fillings, then fold
- Serve
