Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • White vinegar
Tools
  • Saucepan
  • Slotted spoon
  • Small bowl
  • Paper towels
  • Tender white
  • Soft, runny yolk
Directions
  • Bring a saucepan of water to a simmer
  • Add a teaspoon of white vinegar
  • Crack one egg into a small bowl
  • Stir water with spoon to create a whirlpool
  • Pour egg into the center of the whirlpool
  • Let cook for 4 minutes
  • Remove the egg with a slotted spoon
  • Drain on a paper towel before serving
