Ingredients
- Eggs
- Water
- White vinegar

- Saucepan
- Slotted spoon
- Small bowl
- Paper towels
- Tender white
- Soft, runny yolk
Directions
- Bring a saucepan of water to a simmer
- Add a teaspoon of white vinegar
- Crack one egg into a small bowl
- Stir water with spoon to create a whirlpool
- Pour egg into the center of the whirlpool
- Let cook for 4 minutes
- Remove the egg with a slotted spoon
- Drain on a paper towel before serving
