Ingredients
- Eggs
- Water

- Saucepan
- Spoon
- Egg cup
- Firm white
- Runny yolk
Directions
- Put eggs in a saucepan
- Add cold water to the pan so the eggs are covered by 1 inch
- Bring water to a boil, then turn off
- Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 2 minutes
- Remove eggs from pan with a spoon and place in egg cup
- Serve
