Soft Boiled

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Water
Tools
  • Saucepan
  • Spoon
  • Egg cup
  • Firm white
  • Runny yolk
Directions
  • Put eggs in a saucepan
  • Add cold water to the pan so the eggs are covered by 1 inch
  • Bring water to a boil, then turn off
  • Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 2 minutes
  • Remove eggs from pan with a spoon and place in egg cup
  • Serve
